return alert on hit ratio

Oracle_nrpe_nt.exe tbs DATABASE USERNAME PASSWD Warning_Val Critical_Val

Return Alert on all the tableSpaces (return max min and avg)
Oracle_nrpe_nt.exe tbs_d DATABASE USERNAME PASSWD TBS_NAME Warning_Val Critical_Val Return Alert on a tableSpace
