Plugin based on "ipmitool sdr list all" - checks if all components are "ok".

This plugin runs "ipmitool sdr list all" and looks for a "ok" on each line. If one or more lines are not OK a critical error is reported along with the name of the component and it's status.

NOTE! Depending on your hardware this plugin may run for much more than 10 seconds. If you want to use it you may have to adjust the plugin timeout. Take a look at the "check_ipmi_chassis" plugin if you need one that runs quickly.
