VBS script to send passive checks to NSCA host from a Windows server.

This script is based on linux version from nsca packet.
Script sends the passive checks to NSCA host (like the linux version do)
Script need to have send_nsca and some of check_* packets.
I'm not skilled programmer so don't blame me.
On my enviroment it runs very well.
