A Powershell script to monitor MSMQs that have no messages.

This script was designed to monitor MSMQs that do not show up due to inactivity using normal windows counters; this has helped us monitor queues that are sitting on 0 so we can be alerted when 1 or more messages go into the queue (error queues etc).

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with this script and if you find fixes for them, i will incorporate these into the script or if you have any suggestions on how to make this script better.
