Plugin for NRPE (Nagios Remote Plugin Executor) for Debian/Ubuntu to check when APT was able to update the software database last time

This plugin enables you to monitor if your APT software database are up to date.

This helps you to make sure that check_apt provides you with accurate information and that cron-apt managed to update the data base.

This is just a complement and you will need some kind of mechanism that run "apt-get update" for you like cron-apt.
