Checks IBM BigInsights File/Directory on Hadoop HDFS or GPFS via BigInsights Console REST API

Checks:

- File/directory existence
- check whether the given path is a file or directory

Directory Checks:

The following additional checks may be applied to directories. Not available for files at this time due to limitation of BigInsights Console API only returning metadata for directories:

- owner/group
- permissions
- size / empty
- last accessed time
- last modified time

usage: check_ibm_biginsights_dfs_path.pl [ options ]

-H --host IBM BigInsights Console host ($BIGINSIGHTS_HOST, $HOST)
-P --port IBM BigInsights Console port ($BIGINSIGHTS_PORT, $PORT, default: 8080)
-u --user IBM BigInsights Console user ($BIGINSIGHTS_USERNAME, $BIGINSIGHTS_USER, $USERNAME, $USER)
-p --password IBM BigInsights Console password ($BIGINSIGHTS_PASSWORD, $PASSWORD)
--path Full path to File or directory to check exists in filesystems (HDFS/GPFS)
-T --type 'FILE' or 'DIRECTORY' (default: 'FILE')
-o --owner Owner name
-g --group Group name
-e --permission Permission string to expect
-S --size Minimum size of file
-E --empty Checks directory is empty
-a --last-accessed Last-accessed time maximum in seconds
-m --last-modified Last-modified time maximum in seconds
-T --tls Use TLS connection
--ssl-CA-path Path to CA certificate directory for validating SSL certificate (automatically enables --tls)
--tls-noverify Do not verify SSL certificate (automatically enables --tls)
-t --timeout Timeout in secs (default: 10)
-v --verbose Verbose mode (-v, -vv, -vvv ...)
-h --help Print description and usage options
-V --version Print version and exit
