-H --> Domino Host - Name or IP Address
-C --> Community SNMP (default public)
-T --> Domino Task
-h --> Print This Help Screen
Required the Lotus SNMP Agent.

Also without documentation, this is a very nice plugin.
You can understand how it works very quickly.
Be sure to enable and configure also SNMP windows service.
