Usage: ./check_snmp_memory.sh $HOSTADDRESS$ $ARG1$ $ARG2$ $ARG3$ $ARG4$

$ARG1$ = SNMPv2 Community
$ARG2$ = SNMPv2 Community
$ARG3$ = Warning-Level
$ARG4$ = Critical-Level
