Usage: ./check_crl_url -U <url> -w <days> -c <days>
-U The URL of the CRL file (eg. http://mywebsite.com/server.crl)
-w Warning notice on X days remaining before expiration (default 15)
-c Critical notice on X days remaining before expiration (default 10)
Expected output looks like this CRL OK: Expires in 4 Day(s) 21 Hour(s) 55 Minute(s) 24 Second(s).
