Returns:

* CRITICAL (2) if any newer releases of WooFramework are marked 'critical'
* WARN (1) if installed release of WooFramework is not the most recent
* UNKNOWN (3) if unable to fetch the WooFramework changelog
* OK (0) if WooFramework is verified up-to-date
