Unpack the archive in nagios/libexec/

change the variables in send_sms.php to reflect your user and password, and of course your sender name.

Add the following to commands.cfg:

define command{
command_name notify-host-by-sms
command_line $USER1$/send_sms.php -T $_CONTACTMOBILE$ -M '$HOSTSTATE$: $HOSTNAME$ $HOSTACKCOMMENT' > /dev/null 2>&1
}

define command{
command_name notify-service-by-sms
command_line $USER1$/send_sms.php -T $_CONTACTMOBILE$ -M '$SERVICESTATE$: $SERVICEDESC$ on $HOSTNAME$ $SERVICEACKCOMMENT$' > /dev/null 2>&1
}

Make sure you add _Mobile to every contact in your contacts.cfg, this should contain the 06-number to send the SMS to.
