This is really simple to use
Steps
1. First is to download the script SendSMS.php and then place it anywhere where on your server Example */sms/.
2. Edit your command.cfg Example:
define command{
command_name notify-host-by-sms
command_line php yourdirectory/sms/SendSMS.php user="your email" password="Yourpassword" cellno="Cellno" message=$CONTACTPAGER$ "$NOTIFICATIONTYPE$ $SERVICESTATE$ $SERVICEDESC$ $NOTIFICATIONCOMMENT$ Host($HOSTNAME$) Info($SERVICEOUTPUT$) Date($SHORTDATETIME$)"
