Simple shell script that uses nmap utility to check if a remote host is listening on a UDP port and what that service is

The plugin can monitor any H.323 gatekeeper or gateway that responds to GRQ orl LRQ messages. It doesn't just verify if the device listens to the port, but sends a message and verifies a well formed message comes back.
