Need help on client part

Hi,

Please help me to understand that how can i configure it at client server.

i have followed “NRDP_Overview.pdf” and everything is fine, i can see “http:///nrdp” and submit the page, but how would i configure as a job to send status to nagios-server from client machine.

I Mainly confused at “send_nrdp.php”,

How and from where the status will come in these parameters ==>

–service=
–state=
–output=

PS: i’m using Nagios core 4.0.8
