This script is written in Ruby and is fairly easy to modify for your own particular environment.
If you need to monitor a filesystem other than nfs, smbfs, cifs, or cvfs simply add it to the regex.
I'm using this in production now so I consider it well tested. But if you have suggestions, please send them. There is always room for improvement.
