Usage: check_memory.pl -p <processname> -w <warning> -c <critical> [-d] [-h] -w warning threshold in KB -c critical threshold in KB -p process name -h help message -d debug messages
It summarizes the memory when there a several processes running.
it uses the /proc/<pid>/status page to extract fields. currently "VmData", "VmStk", "VmExe", "VmLib" and "VmRSS" are extracted.
Example output WARNING: nscd, memory: 115788 KB | VmData=115700; VmLib=5052; VmRSS=105008; VmExe=104; VmStk=88;
