The script gathers it's information via ipvsadm and returns status and perfdata for LVS connections.

You'll need to specify:
<ul>
<li>the service address (-t or -u <address>),</li>
<li>the warning and critical level (-w and -c active_connections_per_real_server, inactive_conenctions_per_real_server, total_active_connections and total_inactive_connections) and</li>
<li>if you need the perfdata even if the LVS is not active, a dummy server definition (-d dummy_real1, dummy_real2, ..).</li>
