These are scripts you can modify as needed to use for monitoring Unicenter Service Desk v11.
The directions here will show you how to run the command from a shell prompt. They assume you have a moderate understanding of Nagios and know how to configure Nagios to use the plug-in, once you have it working at a shell prompt.
