This plugin will check: The number of users connected to a server The amount of memory used (based on what you provide to Minecraft, not the server memory total) Ticks Per Second (TPS).
This plugin will return perf data for all metrics mentioned. For TPS specifically, it will return 1 minute, 5 minute, and 15 minute values in perf data. However, the warning and critical thresholds will only be compared against the 15 minute value. This is easily changed in the code. Plans are in the works to make it a configurable option.
The plugin does not handle the RCON connection, however. It does rely on a separate tool for that piece. The plugin was designed with mcrcon. https://github.com/Tiiffi/mcrcon
