It's a good idea to have redundant SMS Gateways if using this check. At my $dayjob we use SMS Global by default as it is cheaper and quicker than the backup GSM Modem connect via serial (but the GSM modem does not require internet :-)).
Script Usage: usage: check_smsglobalcredit [-h -f creditfactor -u username -p password] -c CRITICAL -w WARNING
check_smsglobalcredit - Nagios plugin that checks via SMS Global API how many SMS credits are left
options: --version show program's version number and exit -h, --help show this help message and exit -u uname, --username=uname SMS Global Username -p password, --password=password SMS Global Password -f creditfactor, --factor=creditfactor SMS Global Credit Factor (base it on your country) -c critical, --critical=critical Critical Credit Threashold -w warning, --warning=warning Warning Credit Threashold
