ServiceDesk is a web based IT Call Center help desk application, used by many fortune 500 companies. However, it may to some people lack the needed features and flexibility when it comes to notifications. By designing plugins that can alert regarding new tickets, tickets about to expire and more, Nagios makes the IT organization more responsive and compliant with policies. Trending data is also gathered to provide graphs.
