Nagios XI doesn't have a built-in way to view high-priority hosts and services based on business impact. This component fills that gap by providing a dedicated view that uses ServiceNow's standard impact/urgency priority matrix to surface what matters most.
The component calculates priority (1-4) from custom variables (_impact and _urgency) set on your hosts and services, using the same matrix ServiceNow uses. This gives admins, engineers, and executives a single place to see critical issues that need immediate attention.
Key features include flexible filtering by object type and priority level, nested service grouping, sortable tables, and quick access to detail pages, performance graphs, and state history timelines. The UI uses modern priority indicators (P1-P4) with colored dots and detailed tooltips, making it easy to understand priority at a glance.
Perfect for organizations that need to align monitoring with business priorities and want a ServiceNow-compatible priority system in Nagios XI.
