The code is a modification of Jason Antman's statusXML.php available at http://localhost/directory/Addons/APIs/XML/Status-XML-Generator/details or https://github.com/jantman/php-nagios-xml.
Place in /opt/local/share/nagios/ (or wherever your nagios content is served).
