check_cap: check Common Alerting Protocol feeds
Checks feeds provided by the National Weather Service for alerts such as severe thunderstorm warnings, flood watches, and Amber alerts.
Currently supports all jurisdictions of the United States.

Future plans include expanding to include Canadian feeds, and possibly building a wizard to help users find the geocodes for their area.

Good, but what about proxies?

Excellent concept, and great execution. However, it would be great to create a way of configuring it to use a proxy to access the data.
