I created this script to send an alert when the sms notify nagios. I use torpedus.com.br, just register and put the credits even very easy and it's biggest crowd support.
Simply create an executable notification, as well as host-notify-by-email, host-notify-by-jabber, ....
and field Pager your user put the number of the phone that received the notification. It works for any carrier.
