Script for deleting pop3 e-mail via telnet.

This script basically deletes inbox contents, using pop3 with telnet. It's my first real script, and I'd not used expect/tcl before, so please bear that in mind in constructive feedback.

I can't imagine anyone ever having the need to do this, but we did, so here it is.
