This plugin checks if it is possible to write to an Oracle database instance.
In order to use the plugin you must install an Oracle client on the Nagios server and it must be possible to write to the database from the command line with sqlplus. The plugin needs write access to a empty database table, that has a single column called "a" with type INTEGER.
