Check whether a given bacula client can successfully be restored.

To perform this, it fakes a user of bconsole doing 'restore client=', then '5' ("Select the most recent backup for a client").
If bconsole has enough jobs to restore the client, plugin exits with ok, else with warning.
It's written in 'expect'
