Nagios web "Tactical Monitoring" hacked to be displayed verticaly in PDAs (240x320).

This is the original Nagios tac.cgi hacked to be nicely displayed vertically in PDAs. All original TAC tables are re-arranged so they can be correctly displayed in 240x320 resolution.

The original source tac.c file was taken from Nagios CVS snapshot
of 23-02-2005.
