Manual Needs Update: DSA is deprecated - Use RSA instead

Awesome plugin! One notice: in manual the ssh key generation is done/documented as DSA, but this is deprecated and is now RSA. - On Page 9 / 83 in the manual: The line "Type ssh-keygen -t dsa and press Enter" -> this should be "Type ssh-keygen -t rsa and press Enter" Hope this helps others, it took me some time to figure this out :-)
