Total IOs vs Current IO/Second

Hi, Thanks a lot for this plugins. It is very helpful to monitor IO for my old DS3400. I'm not an expert in storage so could you please explain to me the difference between "Total IOs" and "Current IO/Second" ? Thanks in advance.
