Checks whether Active Directory replication from and to the queried given domain controller is working properly. The data is obtained via LDAP; the only dependencies are Python and the `ldap3` package for Python. This should ensure wide-ranging platform support. On the Active Directory side, a user account in the domain is sufficient. Failure states recognized are (1) a replication attempt, inbound or outbound, fails; (2) the last successful inbound replication is older than a configurable age.
