This Shell Script Installs Nagios 3.3.1 & Nagios 3.2.3 including Nagios Plugin 1.4.15.This Shell Script is tested on Redhat,Cent-os,Fedora & Ubuntu. This shell script supports Nagios Download from website & installation, if you have already downloaded nagios package from website still you can use it to install nagios & nagios plugin. How to Use this script:
1 Download Nagios-Auto.sh
2 Chmod 777 Nagios-Auto.sh
3 Run Script as root ./Nagios-Auto.sh
For Ubuntu Users: sudo ./Nagios-Auto.sh
Hey! First of all, great script! Used it more than several times to install nagios, but! here's a idea you might wanna take a look at, make the script install dependencies to, not just the nagios...sometimes, it's a pain to find the right dependencies so, you might wanna have a ppa ready for this :) Best of luck!
