Open System Solutions at Rutgers University
DESCRIPTION
Open System Solutions is a subdivision of the Office of Information
Technology - New Brunswick. It is comprised of student developers
and system administrators whose primary goal is to incorporate and
develop open source software into an enterprise‑level computing
environment for the Rutgers community.
The URL shortener for Rutgers University built with Apache HTTP, Docker, MongoDB, React, and Flask. Existed since 2014 with over 20 million visits.
An upcoming meeting coordinator web application integrating student schedules built with NGINX, Docker, MongoDB, React, Express, and Tailwind CSS.
An upcoming calendar-oriented web application to distribute events and academic calendars throughout Rutgers University built with Docker, MongoDB, React, Vue, Tailwind CSS, and the Gin Web Framework.
