This check checks the status of the disks in the NAS drive name, model, condition and temperature.

example:
check_synology_disk Public 2c 192.168.1.30 0

0 = is the ID of the record that we want to check, by default if the unit has 2 hard disk 1 will id 0 and id 1 Disc 2 will so on.
