A check plugin to query Samba's NMB service

Checks that a SAMBA server's nmbd process is running and answering name queries. This is useful on top of check_smb because nmbd can die, leaving smbd processes running, which can affect windows clients' ability to see the SAMBA server without triggering an alarm for check_smb.
