Schedules or unschedules downtime for Nagios 1.x via command line for a specific service in all hosts.

Nagios 1.x doesn't have service groups support, therefore is not simple to schedule downtime for a specific service in all hosts.

This script is meant to be run via command line (without config files) and its purpose it's to (un)schedule downtime for a specific service in all hosts using a simple command.
